We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason as long as you have the reference order number and the products are unopened with seals intact. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return:
1. We will accept returns on any item provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care center by calling toll-free 1-877-286-7068 or e-mailing completelyclean@passyourdrugtest1.com
with the reason for your return.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s).
4. All returned items are subject to a 25% processing and handling fee.
Refund Policy
1. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by a certified toxicology report, we do not refund the cost of getting this report in the event there is a charge.
2. Refunds will only be granted based on positive results stated in a certified toxicology report after using the original product designed for that specific event. ( i.e., We can only grant a refund for the purchase price of a Total Body Cleanse.
3. Refunds will only be credited back to the original cardholder. We only refund for lab tests taken by the original cardholder. (i.e., Not family members or friends).
4. Requests for refund must be received no later than 30 days from your order date. No exceptions!
5. We do not return shipping charges or lab fees on returned or failed test results.
6. We do not refund on Home Test Kits or dilute lab test results, dilute lab results are not a failure.

8. We now guarantee the shampoo with a 100% money back guarantee. We have a 99% success rate on herbal product and a 75% on chemical products.
9. One refund, one product per household. ( i.e., If you ordered on 1/1/06 and placed another order on 1/10/06, you would only be refunded for one order, not both, even if ordered on the same day).
10. All returns/refusals/cancellations after shipping are subject to a 25% processing and handling fee. No shipping refunds will be granted due to adverse weather conditions.
11. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package.
