CompletelyClean: Guarantee and Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item's) with unopened packaging, complete with the seals in place, with a short note explaining the reason for return and a copy of your invoice. If you wish to exchange an item, please note which product's) you wish to exchange for. It is wise to ship return items via mail insured Parcel Post. Please allow 4 weeks to process your return. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all retuned packages. We do not refund shipping.
All credits will remain on file to be used at a future date unless a request for refund is received by Completely Clean Co. from the customer. Please note there may be a one-time, non-refundable shipping and handling charge
We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges when we ship the wrong and defective items
